We are looking for someone who wants to enter in July 2024 with the possibility of staying longer. _The apartment is recently renovated and has everything you could need. It is located near the Plaza de Luceros, bus and Tram. The center and the area of bars and restaurants is a 5-minute walk away. The area where it is located is quiet and next to the building there is a very nice park to walk and play sports. All furniture and appliances are new. The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc. There are 4 rooms in total all with double beds. To share there are 2 bathrooms and the kitchen with sofa and smart TV. All rooms have air conditioning/heating, a large bed, desk, large closet, mirror and good Wi-Fi signal. You also receive a pillow, duvet, sheets, towels,... Expenses are included in the price (they include internet, water, electricity).
