We only accept mid-long term stays for students and young professionals for home use. _The tenant must pay directly with the property manager at the latest within 48 hours immediately after the reservation is confirmed a deposit of €1,500 that will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting €400 as a non-returnable service fee.
