This bright, furnished room (double bed, nightstands, large built-in wardrobe, desk, desk chair, chest of drawers, armchair, TV, mirror) is located on the first floor of a terraced house. It has its own bathroom with access from the bedroom. A large, fully equipped kitchen can be shared with three other guests. There is a patio and a sunny terrace. Two other guests live upstairs, each with their own kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located in the Villa Hilaria residential area, a quiet area a 10-minute walk from the Guajara Campus and the tram, and 3 minutes from the bus stop and shops. The room rent is €450 per month, including cleaning fees (€25). Electricity, water, and internet (approx. €35-40/month) are not included. One month's deposit is required. Rented to one person.
