Spare room with a window that receives natural light. We are a boy and a girl. The room is very cozy, with a large window (bright all day), in a clean, tidy apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The Penitents metro station (L3) is only 100-120 meters away. All bills are included (electricity, water, gas), except for internet, which is 4 euros extra. One of us is away a lot (me, due to work trips, etc.), so most of the time there will only be two people in the apartment. Write to us!
