The house is in Santa Marta de Abaixo, in a very quiet area. Close to the south campus, clinical hospital, CIFP Politécnico.
With parking areas, bus stops, supermarkets and green areas very close.
The house has about 60m2 distributed on two floors:
The downstairs has a renovated kitchen and bathroom.
The upstairs has two bedrooms:
- The large room of about 8m2 is complete: bed base, 135 mattress, wardrobe and bedside table.
- The small one of about 5m2 has a 90 sofa bed with a mattress and a table.
A desk and a TV will be placed in each room.
