Hello! We are Elba and Aaron, and we are looking for a roommate. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a super large living room. It is located in a very central area, next to Paseo de Gracia and a 5-minute walk from Plaza Cataluña. _We are looking for someone quiet, we both work and we like to be quiet at home.
IMPORTANT, there are 3 cats and a dog in the apartment, so the person who moves in must take this into account.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, shelves and its own balcony!
Expenses are extra, about €50 per month, including electricity, water, cleaning once a week.
