Description
We are looking for female students for a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. It is rented in its entirety until June included, 3 rooms at €220 + 1 with a double bed at €240. It is a 2-minute walk from the La Inmaculada Teaching Centre, many vocational training institutes and only 2 kilometres from the Cartuja University Campus (U1 bus goes directly). The bus to the centre's faculties stops at the door of the house. Residential area close to the bus station, Alcampo, metro line. Community fees included; consumption (water, electricity and gas) at the tenants' expense. The apartment is very spacious and bright, recently renovated and fully furnished and equipped.
An official contract (the Junta de Andalucía) is signed with the 4 girls, 1 deposit, €150 deposit and 1 guarantor are required for each tenant. I am a private individual.
