THE APARTMENT: It is old, but renovated. Those looking for a modern, state-of-the-art apartment, please refrain. The apartment has CHARACTER, with many works of art and plants. The apartment has: INTERNET WITH WIFI (with fiber optics), washing machine, microwave, toaster, iron, vacuum cleaner, landline telephone (with national calls included). There is no television. Due to its orientation it is super quiet, it is against the building's front, on the top floor, it has a lot of light. The layout of the apartment is a large hallway where the bedrooms and the living room are, so there is a lot of privacy.
ROOMMATES: There are currently 2 people living in the apartment. Andrea and Loïc. (30 years old). We are looking for a responsible and calm person.
