Very spacious room available now in a very spacious 140 m2 flat to share with only two other people and located in one of the most central areas of the city, one block from Avenida Diagonal, five blocks from Paseo de Gracias and surrounded by metro stations, buses, bicing, etc. The room is the largest in the flat with windows overlooking Aribau street and is fully furnished with a double bed (couples are not allowed), desk, wardrobes, etc. It shares a very large bathroom with one more room. The common areas of the flat are very comfortable and have a living room, dining room, kitchen, interior terrace and is fully equipped with everything necessary for a quiet and pleasant stay. We are looking for a student/worker looking for a quiet place, free of smoke and parties for a minimum of three months and a maximum of eleven months. We do not offer long-term stays. Bills included (water, wifi, gas, electricity) and two months' deposit required.
