The atmosphere of the apartment is calm and the profile of tenant (only girls) that we are looking for is someone, preferably, with a student, internship or opposition profile. Looking for tranquility and not a party apartment.
The minimum stay is 1 month and there is no maximum. The contract is legal and you will only have to give one month's notice before non-renewal, whatever the number of months you want to stay.
About the rest of the roommates, they are all university students from various countries.
About the neighborhood, in an area quite set up for life on the street and safe, surrounded by all kinds of shops and supermarkets.
