Hello! My name is David, I am 22 years old, in my apartment (it would be to enter in July) there is 1 free room, it is in Legazpi-usera (about 10 minutes from Sol and 20 walking from Atocha). The rent costs a total of 1050 + expenses. They are 100 m2, there are 3 rooms, 2 large (I am in one) and a smaller one (already taken, whoever is in the small one, what we do is that whoever is there pays less in rent, for example, I would pay 375 and the of the small 300), the expenses if they are all divided by 3. Apart from the 3 bedrooms, there is 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and a super terrace. Right in front of the apartment there is a Mercadona, 1 minute away is the Plaza Río 2 Shopping Center.
