You will need to prove proof of an employment contract, student registration, or legal status in Spain. For a single person, tidy, quiet, clean, and non-smoking. The room is single, with basic bedding provided. Family apartment shared with the owners, an adult couple, serious and respectful teachers, quiet study environment. Cohabitation rules: No smoking, no parties, restriction on overnight stays by other people, no visitors, maintain cleanliness and order. Couples and minors are not allowed. One small, well-trained pet is allowed, provided it does not disturb the neighborhood. Price: 50 euros per night per person, 300 euros per week, and 550 euros per month.
