I rent a furnished exterior room (double bed, 2 wardrobes, small desk, bedside tables and lamps). My name is Elena, I am 45 years old and I am the only one to share it with. I am looking for someone to live with in a quiet, friendly and respectful way. Preferably someone who is planning a medium-long stay, not temporary. The rent is €550 with expenses extra and a month's deposit. It will be available from the beginning of May.
