Description
Four rooms for rent in a spacious and bright apartment to Erasmus students. Rental to girls or mixed. On foot, 5 min from the La Merced campus, 3 min from the Espinardo campus bus and 10 min from the tram stop to Espinardo. It has 4 furnished single rooms, two bathrooms (due to the layout of the house, every two rooms share an exclusive bathroom), kitchen, gallery, dining room, living room. The layout of the house allows the living room, dining room and kitchen to be separated from the bedrooms. Access to the rooms has two corridors and each corridor is divided into two rooms and a bathroom. The building has a doorman and security cameras. The price includes the room and the building community water (20 euros/month), internet (10 euros/month) and electricity (each month). The apartment is rented from January to June. Upon signing the contract, a deposit is paid, first month (January 25) and last month (June 2025). 25 euros are retained from the deposit for cleaning.
