i rent a large double room for one person m/f, in my wonderful apartment to share only with me, entire house, house owner and wife, ideal santa ponsa area, first line beach, very close to the center plaza santa ponsa, very quiet and easy parking, large terrace, wonderful sea and mountain views, all exterior. Bed linen, towels, 13 hangers. Smoking allowed, i smoke. Pool, two elevators, doorman, double bed, large built-in wardrobe, with loft and mirror, two night tables, desk and matching chairs, dining table or whatever you want and armchair-chair. Lamps on the wall and main element, antenna in the room, you can put your tv on, but with headphones and the same mobile element, fridge with freezer in the room, all equipped and renovated. Everything you need, washing machine, iron, microwave, all kitchen utensils, hair dryer. 500e/month one person only. All inclusive except wifi and tel, house cleaning for each one
