Description
UAB students only. Room in a shared flat in the Ateneo area. It is a quiet area close to the centre, about 5 minutes from the town hall and 10 from the Renfe station. Terrace of about 12 metres with spectacular views of Collserola. Adult and serious people are preferred, although age does not matter, if a peaceful coexistence is expected. The expenses are shared between all the tenants in proportional parts (it is 4 parts most of the time, but if at some point there is a free room it will be divided between the number of tenants). Smoking is not allowed in the flat or rooms, but it is allowed on the terrace.
