Water, electricity, gas and WiFi are included in the price. The tenant must pay directly to the property manager, no later than 48 hours after the booking is confirmed, a deposit of €1,500 which will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting €400 as a non-refundable service fee. The contract must be signed no later than 48 hours after payment of the deposit. The maximum duration of the contract is 6 months, extendable as many times as desired. Each extension has an administrative cost of €60.
