The room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, door lock and air conditioning. The apartment has a common room with TV, a full kitchen and washing machine. Included in the price are water, electricity, gas, WiFi and cleaning service in the common areas once a week. The tenant must pay directly to the property manager, no later than 48 hours after the reservation is confirmed, a deposit of €1,500 which will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting €400 as a non-refundable service fee. The contract must be signed no later than 48 hours after payment of the deposit. The maximum duration of the contract is 6 months, extendable as many times as desired. Each extension has an administrative cost of €60.
