The flat has a living room and dining room, a bathroom, a washing machine and an equipped kitchen. Water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi are included in the price. The tenant must pay directly to the property manager, no later than 48 hours immediately after the reservation is confirmed, a deposit of €1,500 which will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting €400 as a non-refundable service fee.
