The apartment is designer and very well connected to the rest of the city by metro and buses. The room has a single bed, desk, chair, footrest, wardrobe, door lock and fan. The apartment has a common room with TV, a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Included in the price are water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi and cleaning service in the common areas once a week. The tenant must pay directly to the property manager, no later than 48 hours immediately after the reservation is confirmed, a deposit of €1,500 which will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting €400 as a non-refundable service fee. The contract must be signed no later than 48 hours after payment of the deposit. The maximum duration of the contract is 6 months, extendable as many times as desired.
