In one of the best areas of Barcelona, next to Paseo de Gracia, very well connected and with services included so that you can dedicate yourself to enjoying, working or studying. It has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and everything you need to move in. The shared apartment has a large dining room with terrace, full kitchen, washing machine, a comfortable living room, 8 bathrooms and 18 bedrooms. The tenant must pay directly to the property manager, no later than 48 hours immediately after the reservation is confirmed, a deposit of €1,500 which will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting €400 as a non-refundable service fee. The contract must be signed no later than 48 hours after payment of the deposit. The maximum duration of the contract is 6 months, extendable as many times as desired. Each extension has an administrative cost of €60.
