The apartment has a common room with TV, a full kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. Included in the price are water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi and cleaning service in the common areas once a week. The tenant must pay directly to the property manager, no later than 48 hours after the reservation is confirmed, a deposit of €1,500 which will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting €400 as a non-refundable service fee.
