We are a group of 3 first year students looking for a roommate to share a flat from September to June (you can stay longer and they don't charge us like others).
The price includes the community fee, fibre internet, Netflix, Apple TV, Disney, Prime video, Orange TV and La Liga and the Champions League.
The flat has more than 100 m2 with central heating and hot water, located in a quiet, landscaped area and all exterior and very bright. It has an outdoor terrace and a large living room, as well as a full bathroom, full toilet, fully furnished kitchen, pantry and laundry room, the room is exterior, very bright and with a desk and study chair.
It is located near the bus station, metro and bus stops next door and Alcampo shopping centre. It has the possibility of parking both indoors and in a closed outdoor area.
