Responsible and respectful behavior is required both in relation to the community of neighbors and to coexistence in the property itself. floor (rules of civility, cleaning routines, SMOKE-FREE space, NO pets...). Failure to comply, to protect neighbors and colleagues, will be CAUSE FOR TERMINATION of the corresponding contract.
