The layout of the house allows the living room, dining room and kitchen to be separated from the bedrooms. Access to the rooms has two corridors and each corridor is divided into two rooms and a bathroom. The building has a concierge and security cameras. Water, community and internet are included in the price (only electricity is paid separately). The apartment is rented from September to June (both included, 10 months).
