Ground floor: Entrance hall leading to a spacious double bedroom with beautiful exposed wooden beams and 2 open plan areas. The is also a second bathroom on the ground floor, with sink.
First floor: There is office with a pretty Juliet balcony and LP collection, and a wonderful library with a large screen TV. Both rooms have fantastic views to the Rio Santo gorge. In addition, there is a bathroom with a newly installed shower, sink and toilet.
Top floor: Large open plan living space with sitting and dining areas, wood burner and a fitted kitchen, separated by the staircase. The high ceilings combined with the many large windows make this a lovely light and airy living space, with direct access to a terrace that boasts amazing views to the mighty Sierra Nevada Mountains, snow-capped in the winter.
There is also a covered storage area near the rear patio, for any extra items you might have of your own, or for my items you want to move aside to make room inside.

The house is within walking distance (5 mins) from all local shops, bars, library, doctors, pharmacy and parking.
The kitchen is fully equipped (cutlery, plates, coffee-maker, kettle, fridge, washing machine etc. white) and there are clean bedsheets and towels for you to use.
There are places to park on the street a couple of minutes walk up the hill, but not directly in front of the house. There is also a (free) public car park 5 minutes walk from the house.
All bills are included! The monthly price includes town hall community fees, water (drinkable) and high-speed 300Mb fibre optic broadband internet. I am also going to pay the electricity bill, so you don’t have to pay for anything!
The hot water comes from solar heating, and has always provided enough hot water, even during winter months. Nevertheless, I decided to have a boiler installed as a backup.
A 9-month contract will be signed by both parties and the one-month deposit will be returned immediately at the end of the contact period (May 1st 2025). The rent can be paid on a monthly basis via bank transfer, or Paypal.
I will be based abroad during the rental period, so I would ask tenants to arrange any necessary repairs or essential upgrades, and I will cover the cost. I am always happy to help arrange this myself via the local workers I know, but the tenant is welcome to find
