Casa Ríos Rosas is one of a kind one-floor building located only 1 minute away from Carrer Balmes and Carrer de Pàdua.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
El Putxet is located in the District of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. Built on the hills, the area used to be where wealthy Barcelonians had their summer residences back in the XIX century. This explains the large number of Art Nouveau style buildings (best known as Modernisme in Catalonia) that you can find around every corner, especially at Passatge de Mulet and Carrer de Puig Reig.
The neighbourhood is particular for its only pedestrian narrow streets and residential buildings. Most of the stores and services are located in Carrer Balmes –one of the famous streets in town– and Carrer de Pàdua, where you can have a sip of café con leche at one of the many bars and coffee shops.
